AI at ZerZiv — Our approach
At ZerZiv, we use AI deliberately: as a tool, not as a replacement. It helps us present our pieces the way they are meant to be seen – while keeping our focus where it belongs: on design, materials, and the aesthetic ZerZiv stands for.
Why we use AI
As a young label, we want to be able to showcase our pieces quickly and in different contexts – right after production, without every new design having to wait for a scheduled photoshoot. AI enables us to make new arrivals visible sooner and to diversify our visual world. What is non-negotiable: the authenticity of our products and full control over what ultimately goes live.
Our products are real
Every ZerZiv piece is photographed for real – in the studio, with a camera, in natural light. What you see on our product images is exactly the piece of jewelry that will reach you: the same cut, the same color, the same craftsmanship. AI does not change any of that.
Our AI models are fictional
For selected lifestyle and detail shots, we use AI-generated models to show how a piece looks when worn. These models are purely fictional – not based on, inspired by, or resembling real persons, professional models, or public figures. No personality rights are affected at any point.
Every piece of AI content is reviewed
Nothing generated by AI goes live without review. Before an image is published, we check:
- Is the product represented correctly and at the right proportions?
- Are all details complete – or has anything that belongs to the piece been rendered out?
- Does the material appearance match reality?
- Does the overall look align with our brand aesthetic?
Only content that passes this review is used in our shop, our ads, or on our channels. Editorial responsibility rests with a natural person on our team.
Where AI supports us
- Model rendering and background adjustments for our product imagery
Where AI has no say
- Design. Every piece originates from the hand of our design team. The idea, the shape, the proportions – all come from people, not from an algorithm.
- Materials. Stainless steel, 18K gold-plated, waterproof, nickel-free: deliberate choices based on quality and longevity. Not AI recommendations.
- Approval. Every piece of content that leaves ZerZiv is reviewed and finally approved by our team prior to publication.
Your data stays your data
Customer data, order histories, and personal information are never used for AI training or shared with external systems. Details can be found in our Privacy Policy.
EU AI Act (Regulation 2024/1689)
ZerZiv complies with the transparency obligations set out in Article 50 of the EU AI Act. AI-generated or AI-modified content is labeled accordingly, all content undergoes editorial review prior to publication, and editorial responsibility lies with a natural person.

Yes. Our pieces of jewelry are photographed for real in the studio. What you see is exactly the piece you receive.
Are the models in your images real people?
For selected shots, we use AI-generated models. These are entirely fictional and not based on any real person.
How do I know whether an image was created using AI?
We label AI-assisted content transparently on our product pages and across our communications.
Does AI replace real photoshoots at ZerZiv?
No. Real photoshoots remain a core part of our brand communication. AI complements our visual world where it makes sense – it replaces nothing.
Is my data used for AI?
