Refund policy

Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following provisions, where a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day,

  • on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, or
  • in the case of an order of several goods delivered separately, on which you or a third party designated by you have taken possession of the last good.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, which is not mandatory. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

Return Shipping Costs / Return Label

You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

For returns within Germany, we can provide a DHL return label upon request by email; the cost for this (currently €7.91) will be deducted from your refund.

For returns from abroad, we do not provide a return label. In such cases, you must arrange the return yourself; you are responsible for any costs incurred.

Return Procedure

Please notify us of your return in advance by email at info@zerziiv.com so that we can provide a return label where applicable.

Regardless of this, you may exercise your right of withdrawal by letter or email in accordance with the cancellation policy set out above.

You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery. This particularly includes earrings and piercings.
