Shipping policy
Delivery Areas
We deliver within Germany, to all member states of the European Union, as well as to selected international countries (e.g. Switzerland, United Kingdom, USA, Canada, Australia). The specific countries we ship to can be viewed during the checkout process.
Delivery Times
- Germany: 2–4 business days
- European Union: 2–8 business days
- Switzerland: 3–7 business days
- International: 8–15 business days (depending on destination country and carrier)
Please note: No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays. For international shipments, delivery times may be extended due to customs clearance. Unless otherwise specified in the product description, the delivery times stated above apply.
Shipping Costs
- Germany: €3.90 / free shipping on orders over €50
- European Union: €7.90 / free shipping on orders over €75
- Switzerland: CHF 9.90 / free shipping on orders over CHF 80
- USA: $24.50
- International (selected countries): €10.90

Duties and Fees
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply, which must be borne by the customer. These costs are not included in the shipping charges and are generally collected directly upon import by the customs authorities or relevant institutions. Additional costs may also arise for payments made from bank accounts outside the EU.
Exception USA: For deliveries to the United States, all customs duties and import taxes are already included in the shipping price (DDP). Customers in the USA will therefore not incur any additional fees upon delivery.
Returns
In the event of a withdrawal, the return must be registered with us in advance by e-mail: info@zerziiv.com.
- Germany: Upon request, we will provide a DHL return label. The cost of this label (currently €7.91) will be deducted from your refund.
- EU and non-EU countries: We do not provide a return label. Please arrange the return shipment yourself; the costs incurred are to be borne by you.
Undeliverable shipments: If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details provided by the customer or because the customer refuses to accept the goods and the package is returned to us, the customer shall bear the costs incurred for the return. Any costs for reshipment shall also be borne by the customer.
Returns in Case of Defective Goods
If the goods are delivered faulty or damaged, we will bear the return costs within the scope of statutory warranty obligations.
Outside the EU, the procedure may differ. Please contact us in advance by e-mail (info@zerziiv.com) to clarify the return arrangements individually.
Return Procedure
- Please register your return in advance by e-mail so that we can review the process and (for Germany) provide you with a DHL return label if applicable.
- Irrespective of this, you may exercise your statutory right of withdrawal by letter or e-mail in accordance with our withdrawal policy.
Hygiene Items
Please note: For reasons of health protection and hygiene, returns are excluded for sealed items (e.g. earrings and piercings) if the seal has been removed after delivery.
